Second time this week... My wife had declared it to be her most favourite soup and wouldn't let me try any other recipe.

So flavourful and so easy to make! It turned out creamy, rich, yet light enough to have a third serving :)

Made this for my husband and baby, then shared with my mom and uncle and everyone agreed it was so good it could be on a restaurant menu! Then made it for my sister and her family when we visited them! Everyone loved it!

Really enjoyed this, full of flavour and autumnal goodness. I don’t have a blender, so used a whisk and a tea towel for a chunky soup!

Doubled up on butter beans as the shop didn't have cannellini when I was shopping. Hehe. Despite that little switch up still absolutely delicious. 😋

I sadly don’t have a blender but the ingredients are all there, plus I added carrots. This is another of those warm hug recipes perfect for a rainy October day. I made whole grain breadsticks to go with it and my kids loved dunking then in the broth. Another win, here.

Quick and easy vegetarian option, the kids loved it on this first very autumn-like and windy day. I obviously ate much more bread than this. Added seeds because why not?

It's officially soup season now with the weather for sure!! Loving the addition of seeds to add a little crunch whilst bumping up the fibre - win win 🤝

The ingredients don’t seem to weigh up for a balanced dish. I had commented on your Instagram but then come to the app and still trying to work out the measurements of the ingredients 800 g of potatoes to 4 leeks seems excessive but please correct me if I’m wrong. Still using the ingredient list but making up the measurements now 😅
