Yes you can! Preheat the airfryer to 200°C. Then spray some oil onto the airfryer basket and over the prepared chicken. Make sure you spread the chicken out evenly in the airfryer basket and then cook for 15-20 minutes - ensure that the internal temperature is 75°C if you have a meat thermometer.

Is greek yoghurt ok to use instead of buttermilk?

Yes but you will need to thin the greek yogurt out a bit with some water or milk and then give it a really good stir!

Absolutely! You can get gluten free plain flour, or rice flour is also a good alternative that is used a lot in Asian cooking when deep frying chicken.
