The longer you can marinade the chicken thighs for, the tastier they will be! If you want to make the batter really puffy, add a tsp of baking powder. Use a high smoke point oil like vegetable oil, canola oil, or sunflower oil and make sure it's about 1.5 to 2 inches (4–5 cm) deep in the pan. This usually comes out to around 500–750 ml. With the frying oil, let it cool, then settle. Because of the flour and chicken you’ll have to strain it, but then stick it in a container & you're good for 3-4 more uses!

Yes you can! Preheat the airfryer to 200°C. Then spray some oil onto the airfryer basket and over the prepared chicken. Make sure you spread the chicken out evenly in the airfryer basket and then cook for 15-20 minutes - ensure that the internal temperature is 75°C if you have a meat thermometer.

Yes but you will need to thin the greek yogurt out a bit with some water or milk and then give it a really good stir!

Absolutely! You can get gluten free plain flour, or rice flour is also a good alternative that is used a lot in Asian cooking when deep frying chicken.

I think the 100g of plain flour might belong in the ‘for the batter’ section, rather than the ‘for the chicken one’ ?
