Ratio to remember: 1:1:1 (flour : egg : milk) | If batter spreads too thin, add 1 tbsp flour. | If too thick, add 1 tbsp milk. | Cook on medium-low, high heat burns outside before centre cooks. | Freeze between sheets of baking paper. Toast straight from frozen for quick breakfasts.
