Cooked as stated but without feta. Can see where the feta would be good, just didn’t have any. This one is going down as a weekly cook. Family loved it. Lincoln sausages cooked perfectly tender. Added parsnip as it’s in season. May even add sprouts next week!

Easiest recipe so far, delicious and well balanced! Added some potatoes for carbs, and used some smoked french sausages for extra flavor. Served with a bit of sriracha mayo for an extra kick. Will definitely be making this again!

Subbed the sausages for veggie, and didn’t have the feta - but still tasted great. Quick and easy to make for the family - will make it to the weeknight rotation
