The chicken and sauce is freezer friendly - defrost in the fridge overnight before cooking in the oven and serve alongside fresh rice! Make sure that the chicken is piping hot before you serve!

My family absolutely loved this. We made it for 3. Next time I’ll double the sauce quantities as we like it saucy. 😊

Fantastic Fakeaway with egg fried rice. Added a tablespoon of Gochujang to the sauce for a bit of extra depth and a wicked bit of spice.

First recipe I’ve tried. Glad my 9 year old son got involved chopping the veg to help me out. Really nice, got the chicken relatively crispy and had nice flavours. Very similar to bang bang chicken at my local Chinese takeaway.
