If I made again I would use maybe 2/3rds the crumb mixture as the base seemed very thick. Dinner guests enjoyed it all the same

Tastes great, really fresh. A few hours in the fridge around be enough I think, I put it in the freezer and had to defrost it a bit before eating.

Try setting it for 2–3 hours in the fridge if you can. It'll be firmer in the freezer. Thanks, Dan!

Absolutely gorgeous, not overly sweet either. Left in the freezer for too long but it thawed and ended up in our bellies all the same!
