Moroccan-Style Pulled Lamb Shoulder with Jewelled Couscous & Mint Yogurt

Succulent, aromatic, and deeply comforting, this Moroccan-Style Pulled Lamb Shoulder is the ultimate centrepiece for a special gathering or a hearty family feast. Slow-roasted with warm spices like cumin, coriander, and cinnamon, the lamb becomes melt-in-your-mouth tender. I've paired it with couscous, but flatbreads (or any other carb you fancy) works! A cooling mint yogurt sauce ties everything together with its creamy zing.
