Garlic mushrooms - god tier Onions with baked beans - top tier I made the rosti too thick so undercooked in middle, but deffo make again

Thanks, Jeremy! Love seeing that enthusiasm for garlic mushrooms and those onions with beans. For the rosti, try flattening it out a bit more next time or keeping the heat nice and low, giving it that extra bit to cook through. Would love to hear how it turns out when you make it again!
