Such a great recipe! Easy, fast and delicious. I bought way too much chicken mince, so I seasoned all of it and portioned it out before I put in the freezer so I can use it for a quick lunch. And, because the method is so versatile, I’m going to make a bunch of these with chicken and beef, throw them on grill and set up a toppings stations for a great lunch with a large group. Very exciting.
