I like how quick this is made! Two 4 year old boys still manage to just evacuate the meat and pasta 😄 Any tips how to soften the chicken? This time my chicken was too thick so I ended up cutting it into smaller pieces in the pan, which made it quite though I suppose.

Nice and easy, can adapt it easily this is the second time making this, it's great because you can use frozen veg instead which makes it cost effective (perfect for end of the month dinner before payday!)
