I like how quick this is made! Two 4 year old boys still manage to just evacuate the meat and pasta 😄 Any tips how to soften the chicken? This time my chicken was too thick so I ended up cutting it into smaller pieces in the pan, which made it quite though I suppose.

Pound the chicken to even thickness before cooking for more even, faster cooking. Feel free to slice thicker pieces after pounding.

Nice and easy, can adapt it easily this is the second time making this, it's great because you can use frozen veg instead which makes it cost effective (perfect for end of the month dinner before payday!)

This was delicious and my little boy who is now super fussy really enjoyed it and I packed it with left over veggies so some Improvisation but still tasted delicious

I obviously taste it whilst cooking, cream always dilutes any flavour so added more garlic, salt and pepper. Shared this one to insta for the comp 🤞🤞😆
