The filling should be saucy but not runny - it should just coat the spoon. Let cool slightly. (I skipped this step that’s why my puff pastry wasn’t too puffy!)

Made it?
Mash, roasted/boiled potatoes, green beans, broccoli, sprouts

Forgot to take a picture, might have taken a little longer before but the girls really enjoyed before they went off to perform at their dance show.

Forgot to take a picture but followed the recipe for the 2nd time and but this time left it in a slow cooker for 4 hours to create a pulled chicken filling making it that extra filling and hearty. Great recipe, will recommend it, it's now on our weekly meal plan

Omg this was amazing! Hubby said of the 3 recipes cooked so far this week, this was his fave. I would say 15 mins for prep but once that's all done making pie was really straight forward. 😊

I substituted italian sausage for chorizo since none was available at our grocery store. I also used filo pastry. It turned out delicious! Our dog also loved the cooked up remainder of the residual egg wash. 10/10

Switched up some ingredients since I wanted to throw some spinach in there, and used Philadelphia instead of crème fraiche, but wow this one slapped!
