Well tasty. Used our home grown onions and garlic too! Didn't have any double cream in so used some spare creme fraiche instead. Delicious (especially with a glass (or 3) of vino.😇

I liked the pasta and sauce but thought the string flavours overpowered the salmon. My family said the same. Salmon has such a delicate flavour it just can't cope with the strong flavourings in the dish. I'd pair the linguini and sauce with some crisp bacon bits maybe, and a green salad.

Ahh sorry to hear that Fee! But that's what cooking is all about, experimenting with flavours and sometimes unfortunately they just aren't for everyone! Love the idea of trying it with bacon instead, let me know how it goes!!
