Well tasty. Used our home grown onions and garlic too! Didn't have any double cream in so used some spare creme fraiche instead. Delicious (especially with a glass (or 3) of vino.😇

I liked the pasta and sauce but thought the string flavours overpowered the salmon. My family said the same. Salmon has such a delicate flavour it just can't cope with the strong flavourings in the dish. I'd pair the linguini and sauce with some crisp bacon bits maybe, and a green salad.
