Add a little more stock or water if you want it soupier. Adding too many lasagne sheets or simmering too long will soak up water.

I really enjoyed making and cooking this! It was very yummy! And I added a little lemon at the end to bring out some flavors. My picky eater liked it but didn’t know if she would want it again (bc it’s different). But I enjoyed it! And would!

Was really quite nice, wife wasn't looking forward to "soup" but it was really more like a deconstructed lasagne. I didn't have any fresh basil so I just added dried with the oregano, next time I'll try with the fresh basil! Thanks for the good recipe Tyler

Amazing recipe, super simple to make with lots of hidden veggies for the kids. Myself and my little one really enjoyed this. He even ate his carrots.

This was so good! We used pork mince and added in some queen cannelloni beans, definitely a winner for soup season.

I used chicken mince instead as I didn’t have beef. Absolutely stunning recipe. Deconstructed lasagne. Loved it.. only to ask Tyler. I’ve posted all my meals on instagram but unsure if you’ve seen them. I’m tagging in Salty Flavours but unsure if I’m private and you can’t see them?
