I did a second night uplevel - shallot and garlic soften - jar of Waitrose org passata, 1/3rd bottle of wairu cove, 12 Waitrose chipolatas (cooked and chopped), add the chicken back in, steam a whole broccoli - then stir back into the pasta (reheated first) then dish into deep dish and top with mozzarella :)
