Do not make it to anyone, i did it a few months back and since that i became a cinnamon roll demigod with no rest. Everyone wants it wherever i go. Jokes aside, insane recipe, awesome video, super easy and it is delicious. If i want it to make it less sweet is it enough to put less sugar in it? The dough itself will be the same or i should put more flour in it or something?

Ahh sorry but not sorry because sharing is caring and I love that you’ve become a cinnamon roll demigod 😆 Cheers for the positive feedback, it means a lot! In terms of making the dough less sweet, you could replace some of the sugar with honey (but don’t entirely switch the sugar out for honey). The only thing is it may make the dough a little stickier than usual so you may need to reduce the milk by about 1 tablespoon and then you may need to add a little more flour when kneading. It might be that you need to experiment for a few batches to get the right balance between the ingredients but sometimes that can be fun (as long as it doesn’t put your demigod status at risk 😅) Let me know how you get on!

I made some changes and i think i know now what mistakes i made previously. I didn't have brown sugar last time for the filling so i used regular one. This time i did it with brown one and it was way better. And i did another one with pistachio-peanut butter with a drizzle of honey and for the icing i did a cream cheese icing mixed with that pistachio cream, honey and some powdered sugar. 100% would recommend, i blame myself for not taking a picture of it, but my family devoured it 😄
