Notes

Freezer friendly: Make the burger patties and place onto a baking try lined with baking paper. Freeze for 2 hours then place into a freezer-friendly bag and layer baking paper between the patties. To cook from frozen, place the cakes on a lined baking tray and cook at 200 °C for 30 minutes, flipping half-way through (internal temperature should be 70 °C). You can then finish in the pan to get some colour if needed! Last for three months in the freezer.

Went for crinkle chips instead of crispy potatoes. I hope I can be forgiven. Oh, and by the way, the Feta is not optional, it's essential. It's a game changer. 10/10.

This was bomb. I made it for my sister's birthday meal and she loved it. I threw together tzatziki as well because she likes it and it went over really well!
