In a large pan, heat olive oil gently. Add onions, chilli flakes, and a pinch of salt. Cook low and slow for 10-12 minutes until very soft and translucent - no colour. This gives sweetness and base flavour.

Again, another easy to follow recipe. I added 50/50 of the double cream and mascarpone… stunning comfort food for these cold evenings…we all loved it… thank you for this opportunity Tyler. Thoroughly enjoyed trying different meals. It’s definitely made me enjoy cooking again. My family have been looking forward to the meals, as much as me to making them. Thank you Tyler

Lovely heat. Easy to do. I added chicken and should maybe have been a bit more heavy on the tomato.

We had trouble finding tomato puree when doing the weekly shop (?!) so found paprika paste in Lidl instead so replaced it with that, and used ricotta. Was really good! Would like to try it again with cream 👍🏼

Incredibly easy as always. Took all of 30 Mins to cook and about 5 mins to eat. As always Tyler’s recipes are super tasty. I used mascarpone for that richer taste and my god it didn’t disappoint. Cooked it for my wife. Enough said ill rewarded for my efforts later 👍🏼
