Hey Bethany! It might feel a bit cream-heavy if not enough ingredients reduced in, but glad it was delicious! Try folding in a bit more parmesan or simmering it a touch longer for a balance that's a snug fit for two!

Is there a missing step where after the chicken is nestled back into the sauce, you put the pan in the oven to get the chicken to temp? The video jumps to a much darker looking chicken at this point which is why I ask.

Had this tonight for dinner, super yummy!!! It would be helpful if you could add timings to the method (like how long for the chicken to be fully cooked in the sauce) as I'm always a bit nervous about cooking chicken in a pan rather than the oven and it would reassure me, even though I checked the temperature several times to be safe!

Wow this was delicious 😋 Wasn't 100% sure I followed the method properly, used all the chicken spices and herbs as a marinade then realised some of it was needed for the sauce. But would have it again in a heart beat!
