Made with homemade Pappardelle. Absolutely love the inclusion of sun-dried tomatoes. Another family favourite (including 2 fussy(ish) children!)

Great recipe, first time of using the app and thoroughly enjoyed it. Used sun-dried tomato paste rather than actual sun-dried tomatoes as bought by mistake by still fantastic!

First attempt at trying to cook from scratch 🫣 any tips on getting that red rich colour you were able to get?

For a rich red color, make sure to give those smoked paprika and sundried tomatoes a little extra time to bloom in the oil while sautéing! Do you feel like the sundried tomatoes might need to be cooked a bit longer or used more generously?

Hey Bethany! It might feel a bit cream-heavy if not enough ingredients reduced in, but glad it was delicious! Try folding in a bit more parmesan or simmering it a touch longer for a balance that's a snug fit for two!
