Loved the texture on the chicken because of the cornflour mix before frying it… exactly like a takeaway… loved this meal and recipe again. Me and the wife had a nice night in . This meal and some wine. We loved it.. thanks Tyler again.. love this app…

Had a few issues with burning the garlic and ginger purée at the start (probably had a the wok too hot) but end result was delicious nonetheless! Will definitely be having this again.

Hey Edward! You nailed it guessing that the wok might've been a touch too hot; starting at a slightly lower temp should do the trick next time. Definitely give it another go soon!
