In a baking dish, add the carrots, sprouts and garlic and then place the chicken on top. Add salt, pepper, thyme and a drizzle of olive oil. Stick in the oven for about an hour at 180 degrees

Made our roast with Beef following another salty flavours recipe for cooking times. The Yorkshires were so light, best I’ve ever made and the Crispy Roast potatoes were to die for. Combined with salty flavours, Honey Carrots & Parsnips. Voted absolutely banging my the family. ⭐
