Made this the other day and it turned out great! I used spicy Italian sausage and was very satisfied. I recommend baking by eye because mine took five or so minutes longer than the time listed. Hardest part was sealing the rolls. Definitely recommend less, not more filling per roll and then adding extra if you can once mostly sealed. The egg wash made it more difficult to seal around the edges. Next time I’ll just put it on top. Thanks for the recipe!

Mr Greggs I actually made this and it’s great and easy. Mine’s not really a log because I just pressend two sheets of puff pastry together. Swapped feta for sundried tomato which was excellent. Served it with a salad, great weekday meal for when you have veggies that need to go
