These can also be baked in the oven at 220°C for 15-20 minutes. Macros are for just the chicken goujons! Freezer friendly: Make the goujons and place onto a baking try lined with baking paper. Freeze for 2 hours then place into a freezer-friendly bag and layer baking paper between the goujons. To cook from frozen, place the goujons on a lined baking tray and cook at 200 °C for 30 minutes, flipping half-way through. Last for three months in the freezer.

Absolutely delicious! The fact I can make these GF so that I can enjoy them too is perfect! Thank you so much! They were enjoyed by the whole family and I expect they’ll become a regular staple in our household. I’m going to make up another batch for the freezer.

Remains of the goons and ranch style dip, plenty for lunch as well. Served with some sweet potato fries, or in my son's case a wrap with smashed avocado.
