I hope this is helpful and not annoying.... the rosemary is for the potatoes, the thyme for the steak. You don't give the timing for the potatoes (20 minutes in the over) on the method although it is in the video. You don't mention oil in the ingredients. Took me just about an hour including the prep. And it is DELICIOUS.

Apologies, that's a mistake, it should say 1 sprig of thyme not rosemary - thank you for spotting that! All changed now!
