Cranberries are naturally high in pectin, so no extra setting agent is needed. If you want it less sharp, add 1-2 tablespoons more sugar while warm and taste again. A splash of port or red wine works well for a more grown-up version. Spoon through yogurt or porridge. Serve with cheese and crackers. Stir into gravy or cream for a quick sauce for turkey pasties or roast meats.
