Hi! I just made this pasta sauce. I had some trouble figuring out how to cook, as having written instructions always helps me go back to. But, I watched your video over and over again to try to get right. Though I did make some adjustments, the ingredients used were the same, I just tried to add different seasonings. But the pasta sauce lacks flavor. I used well more then said in recipe, which is typical but I could t taste all the wonderful flavors I tried to put together. Do you have any advice? Or seasoning? Or salt? My partner also suggested sugar so I put a tiny bit of brown sugar to sweeten. It tasted better at first but now that it has been in the fridge, it seems like it needs more salt or something.

Sure thing! For a richer flavor, you can try adding more Worcestershire sauce, or experiment with some balsamic vinegar for depth. Sometimes a bit of extra acidity or a pinch more salt will do the trick too. If you haven't already, adding red pepper flakes can spice things up a bit. Normally time in the fridge improves things! Dont forget you have the method tab where its all written down
