Superb every time just need to work out timings and method to do sourdough baps

For sourdough baps, shape smaller dough balls, let them rise on a tray for 1-2 hrs. Bake at 220°C for 15-20 mins. If you want a softer crust cover them with a damp cloth after baking.

FOOLPROOF! what a brilliant recipe thank you! I added ice cubes to the Dutch oven (whether this had any impact I don’t know!) it had a chewy crust and was beautiful!

Superb results everytime - this was baked for 25 minutes with lid on then 20 minutes with lid off at 230 oven
