Freezer friendly: Let the bolognese cool before adding to a freezer bag. Lasts for 3 months. To reheat, place the frozen bolognese in a pan and heat on a very low heat. Add some stock/passata to loosen and stir. Start to increase the heat slowly and ensure the bolognese is piping hot before serving.

Haha, no worries! You can skip the olives entirely or swap them for mushrooms if you fancy a different flavor kick. 😊

My new hobby is trying every recipe on this app😅 Becoming addicted. This bolognese sauce is indeed exceptional. Idk what sorcery the Worcestershire sauce does here but it gives it that extra divine flavor. Also first time using olives in bolognese and, yes, Tyler, you are right, they are so good in it haha.
