Another winner, and easy enough to make! Had some electricians around when I was doing this as a batch to freeze. They loved it too, it didn't make it to the freezer 😀.

Prepped up at home and took my little vw t4 and family to cook and eat down the beach because it was such a lovely evening used 1 fillet steak and split x 3, I love cooking outside from my little red van, and this recipe is soo yummy, works well with cauliflower too. Ended up boiling the gnocchi for a couple of minutes which I probably wouldn’t do next time. The flavours in this recipe are amazing! Definitely having this again
