This turned out to so delicious! I’m so glad that this easy recipe had so much rich and craveable flavors! I’m passionate about cooking and learning how to cook! I like how these recipes explain the basics but you really have to go with your gut on what to do with some things! Can’t wait to make my next recipe!

The flavor is excellent but mine seems so light in color compared to yours, Tyler 😭 I couldn't find double cream here in Belgium so I had to go with crème entière which has a lower fat content. Hopefully I can snag some proper double cream for the next time! Otherwise the hubs & I were quite satisfied 😌

Thank you Ashely, glad you enjoyed! Ohh noo, if you can't find double cream again you could add a bit more tomato puree and smoked paprika (obviously the flavour will be a bit more smoky). And once you've cooked the chicken in the seasonings really make sure you scrape the pan as you cook the onions as that will give it some more colour too! Main thing is that the flavour worked for you though!

Delicious. Next time will cut my chicken smaller, quite tricky to eat chunks in soup form! Does this freeze ok?
