Marry Me Chicken Soup

Rich, creamy, and full of bold Italian-inspired flavour, this Marry Me Chicken Soup is comfort in a bowl - and yes, it’s that good. With tender bites of chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, fresh tortellini, and a velvety Parmesan-laced broth, it's everything you love about the "Marry Me Chicken" dish, reimagined as a soul-soothing soup. One spoonful and you'll understand the name - it's love at first bite. Perfect for a cozy dinner, a date night in, or impressing someone special (even if that someone is you).

The flavor is excellent but mine seems so light in color compared to yours, Tyler 😭 I couldn't find double cream here in Belgium so I had to go with crème entière which has a lower fat content. Hopefully I can snag some proper double cream for the next time! Otherwise the hubs & I were quite satisfied 😌

Thank you Ashely, glad you enjoyed! Ohh noo, if you can't find double cream again you could add a bit more tomato puree and smoked paprika (obviously the flavour will be a bit more smoky). And once you've cooked the chicken in the seasonings really make sure you scrape the pan as you cook the onions as that will give it some more colour too! Main thing is that the flavour worked for you though!

Delicious. Next time will cut my chicken smaller, quite tricky to eat chunks in soup form! Does this freeze ok?
