This dish was as always quick easy and delicious. 100% sure it will become a favourite. I cooked the cod in the air fryer at 170 for 14 mins and it came out perfect. Couldn’t be bothered waiting for the oven to heat up.

Just cooked this tonight with Basa fish. I made some more of the sauce. Really good will definately cook again... and it was so simple. ❤️

I didn't have cod or rice or miso...chucked some salmon in the oven and cooked my veg with all the sauce and glaze ingredients together and had with straight to wok udon noodles. Lush.
