Absolutely fantastic recipe, going to cut up and use as protein fuel on my winter bike rides. Used the AI feature to substitute the chocolate for mixed fruit and vanilla extract (what a game changer this feature is)

In the video you use sunflower seeds, in the directions you list pumpkin seeds. I used pumpkin seed and they added a nice saltiness to the sweet bar. Will have with yogurt in the morning!
