Chicken was awesome, but my veg was quite soggy. So now I just do the roast veg in a separate tray instead. 10/10

Glad you enjoyed the chicken, sorry the veg was soggy. Another option is to drain some of the chicken stock/juices (you can save it to make a sauce with if you fancy!) before you add the veg.
