They will last for a few days and you can store them in a cool/dark place! Next time you make the dough, you can freeze it for another time if you have some leftover!

Yes you can! Make sure it's nice and hot before adding the taco shell and keep an eye as they cook very quickly!

Because there is no sauce and it's using mince it might be a little dry. If you were going to give it a go, you would probably want to brown the mince first in a hot skillet. It might be better to use a slow cooker if you were to use a brisket cut with some liquid like beef stock!
