I didn’t have the Peri Peri sauces so just used garlic sauce. Was absolutely great and quite easy. And just one pot to wash! Loved it

Wow! Just wow! This is such a delicious recipe. Lots of veg packed into it, the rice is super tasty, and the chicken falls off the bone. I used drumsticks instead of legs as it’s what I had it but it worked just as well. This is what I’ll be making on my next girls night.

Smelling good so far! Currently in the oven. Only criticism of this recipe is the video is different than the instructions mentioned above. I’m trying it the way you’ve typed it, so hopefully it works out the same as the video :)
