If this is meant to be the "less laborious" roast, I'd hate to see what the full-effort version is like 😂 I struggled a bit with time management, and sadly overcooked my beef because my top joint was smaller than the one used in the video and I didn't catch it til it was too late. The I undercooked my yorkshires - what a mess! But the flavors were great and I'll consider it a win, especially for a first try!

I found the 220 a bit high, have put it on fan though so maybe that was the issue? Otherwise delicious!!!
