You can make oat flour by blending up oats - it's that simple! Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks. If you prefer, you can use 60g coconut oil (or olive oil), in liquid form instead of butter

I didn’t process the oats to make flour - the oats are ok whole.

Yes, the recipe has been updated! But you can just switch the butter out for 60g coconut oil (or olive oil), in liquid form if you prefer that! I've added this information into the notes too!
