Absolutely banging! Dead easy to do. Doubled sauce for 2 people and didn't need slurry and that was with 2 chicken breasts. Love how you can change the recipe for the amount of people and get correct quantities

This was so delish! To make it extra saucy it needed quite a lot of water with the slurry! we added crispy chilli oil too!

Soy and garlic, absolutely ballsed it up there and you can't edit the post. Have a photo of my crispy chicken as a means of making it right.

Yes as long as you defrost in the fridge overnight before cooking in the oven! Obviously don't freeze the rice 😅 and make sure that the chicken is piping hot before you serve!
