Absolutely banging! Dead easy to do. Doubled sauce for 2 people and didn't need slurry and that was with 2 chicken breasts. Love how you can change the recipe for the amount of people and get correct quantities

Yes as long as you defrost in the fridge overnight before cooking in the oven! Obviously don't freeze the rice 😅 and make sure that the chicken is piping hot before you serve!
