Ingredients: 1 x 2.6kg Whole chicken; 2 tbsp Olive oil or softened butter; 1 Lemon; 4 Garlic cloves; A few sprigs of thyme or rosemary; Salt; Pepper; 300 g Self-raising flour; 300 g Greek yogurt; 1 tsp Salt; Optional Olive oil or garlic butter for brushing; 1 slice Sourdough or old bread; 1 pinch Salt; 60 g Mayo; 1 Crushed garlic clove; 2 Anchovy fillets; 1 tspn Dijon mustard; 1 tbsp Lemon juice; 1 tspn White wine vinegar; 30 g Finely grated parmesan; Optional; Pinch Salt; Pinch Pepper; 4 slices Back bacon; 50 g Parmesan; 1 tbsp Anchovies; 2 large Romaine lettuces; Pinch Salt; Pinch Pepper

This Caesar Salad Flatbread with Roast Chicken is a twist on the classic Caesar salad! Tender, juicy roast chicken is the star of the dish, seasoned with a burst of lemon, garlic, and fresh herbs to create a fragrant, base that is packed with flavour. Paired with with crisp romaine lettuce, salty bacon, Parmesan and a homemade caesar dressing, it's the perfect combination, all in one bite!

Deviated slightly on the chicken, did a spatchcock in the ninja woodfire smoker then grilled backon rashers and this turned out epic! Kids loved it.... Will be a regular for the family bbq's this summer
