Deviated slightly on the chicken, did a spatchcock in the ninja woodfire smoker then grilled backon rashers and this turned out epic! Kids loved it.... Will be a regular for the family bbq's this summer

Yes, that should be fine but obviously add the olive oil/garlic butter brush once it has defrosted!
