Creamy Chicken and Pasta

This 30-minute Chicken and Pasta recipe is a quick, flavourful, and customisable meal that comes together in no time! Tender chicken breasts are seasoned with a delicious "Greek Sheek" spice blend, then seared in a bit of oil for a crispy, savoury crust. Tossed with pasta (of your choice) and any veggies you have on hand—like onions, mushrooms, and cavolo nero—this dish has plenty of texture and freshness. A rich, tangy sauce made with tomato puree, white wine (or stock), and a touch of crème fraiche creates a creamy, zesty finish. A squeeze of lemon juice brightens it all up, making this a perfect weeknight dinner that’s satisfying and full of flavour!

Hi. How come the video shows to what I believe a tin of chopped tomatoes but the ingredients doesn’t and can I suggest that you redo you videos on what you are clearly doing instead of reusing the short clips. Thank you

Your welcome. So glad I had some in the cupboard but I didn’t have Greek seasoning and used Middle Eastern spice mix. Let’s just say it was eatable haha but a bit bland. Live and learn.

Also the metric and imperial button isn’t working. Well it’s now changing the chopped tomatoes but that’s all.

Yes, that will be because the rest of the ingredients requires tablespoon measurements and the difference between imperial and metric tablespoon is negligible so the imperial/metric function will only work on ingredients showing grams etc!

Hi this sounds lovely, could you just checker proportions. For 1 serve it says 3 breasts (is this 3 serves?) but the sauce ingredients look like the would be for 1. Just went to get tyrbseasonjngd right!

Apologies, that's a glitch on our end with the serving sizes! This has just been updated - it should be 1 chicken breast pp

You can add it as you plate up the pasta, but you don't have to add it if you don't fancy it!
