One of our favourite Salmon dishes. Throw in any veg (I had yellow pepper, leek, spring onions and 1/2 a tin of butter beans hanging around the fridge)! Bake the fish with the sweet/hot flavours (Fan 180 for 15 mins). Banging! 😎🤘🏼
