Hi Tyler! I'm thinking of giving this one a go over the weekend but am curious - could I do it with breast filets instead of thighs??

Yeah, breast fillets work well! They’re leaner, start by cooking for a shorter time to avoid them drying out. If richness matters, thighs bring juiciness.

Was nice but next time I'll use more chicken stock, something different from the usual pasta I religiously eat

Good on you for trying something different to pasta Scott! Yeah, it's amazing how quickly the chicken stock is absorbed - if you think it's looking dry in the pan next time, add some more stock in small amounts over time and give it a good stir!!

I cooked this tonight but all the orzo got stuck to the pan. What did I do wrong?

It could be due to a number of things like the heat being too high when you left it to simmer or potentially not enough liquid. Give it another go and just really keep an eye when you get to the simmering part of the recipe and add a dash more liquid if it's starting to stick!
