Went a litte rogue by using firm tofu in place of chicken and went with brown rice too. Other than that stuck to the recipe by the letter and it was so tasty and filling. Contemplating whether it may work cold as a salad for lunch tomorrow. 🤔 Thank you Tyler, I'm enjoying each snd every recipe I've made so far. "Love you" 🤭

Awesome swap with the firm tofu and brown rice, so adaptable! It should work as a salad - just let it cool before adding extra lemon and parsley. 😊💕

I overcooked the rice waiting for the chicken to come to temp, but imagine that was user error! Definitely a recipe i’ll add to the midweek rotation.

I’m a nervous chicken cook, normally leave it to my partner. I think I added too much tomato puree but overall it was delicious and super easy to cook!

Made this last night - very popular with my family. They all have different tastes and so it is unusual for them all to agree on liking a dish. The only changes were my chicken didn't have skin and they all hate courgette (I love it) so I used extra broccoli. I was afraid it might be mushy, but it wasn't, it was lovely!

Now this is what I like to hear, I'm glad you've been able to find a recipe that the entire family enjoy!! Ah no, courgettes are the best but if you need an alternative to go alongside the broccoli things like spinach, red/yellow peppers, green beans or leeks would work.

Couldn’t get chicken with skin on but otherwise followed the recipe. 10/10 and I almost managed to do it in the suggested time for once!

Great recipe. My only fault was using thick breasts which meant cooking longer to get up to temperature but will rectify next time.

I had thick breasts too - so I after browning I put the chicken in the oven at gas 5 while I did the vegetables etc to avoid poisoning my family! It worked well, the chicken wasn't overcooked.

Yeah it can be a real pain when the chicken is thicker, but glad you enjoyed it in the end!!
