Pita bread pizza - 3 ways

Looking for a quick, tasty twist on pizza night? These Pita Bread Pizzas are the perfect solution – easy to make, customisable, and ready in minutes. Try all three variations below: Pepperoni Classic – Simple with a light tomato base and crisp pepperoni. BBQ Chicken – A smoky-sweet combo with tender chicken, peppers, and a slight kick of heat from some jalapeños. Smoky Veggie – smoky tomato pesto, olives, and fresh basil. Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Preheat oven to 220°C (fan) Line a tray with baking paper so the bases don’t stick or use none stick (mine was fine) - air fryer will also work on air fry for 3-5 mins

Did the pepperoni recipe but used other cold meats as that's what was in the fridge! Also used flat bread from Aldi plus a random pitta that I found in the freezer. No mozzarella either! No problem. I just added grated cheddar instead. Banging pizzas.

So easy… can’t believe I’ve never even thought of using Pitta or Flatbreads to make a nice quick evening meal for the family.. all the meals I’ve cooked since following you has inspired my family to try the meals out themselves with a few twists.. happy eating as always Tyler.. just an extra addition to the challenge

Such a good idea using pittas as pizza bases! Loved the flavour and texture. We used halloumi, peppers, onion, olives and pineapple because it DOES belong on pizza 😂 🍕
