Made by freezing ripe peaches and then shaving them into delicate, icy ribbons, this dessert offers a burst of juicy peach flavour with every bite. It’s incredibly easy to make, requiring only a few ingredients, and can be served on its own or topped with a drizzle of honey, a sprinkle of cinnamon, or even a scoop of whipped cream for extra indulgence.

Love the idea of this. But have you tried the magic which happens when you freeze sliced bananas? Add a little milk or cream, whizz it up in a blender and you have a Mr whippy-type soft ice cream with a depth of flavour that has to be experienced to be believed. Even without cream it is creamy and the freezing does something to the texture and flavour. Add other frozen fruit (peaches, strawberries) plus yoghurt if you want a frozen yoghurt type pudding.

Thanks for sharing, and yes, frozen bananas are extraordinary! They really turn into creamy magic in a blender - delightful with added frozen peaches and yogurt too.
