Use slightly wet hands to shape the patties so they do not stick. If you want a stronger Caesar hit, stir more parmesan and anchovy through the dressing. Add crushed croutons in the middle layer for crunch. You can blend in a spoon of Greek yogurt with the mayo to lighten the dressing if you like. Any extra patties reheat well in a hot pan for 2 minutes per side. Chop leftovers into a Caesar wrap or toss them through pasta with extra dressing for a quick lunch.

This was phenomenal 🤤 used turkey mince and added sage and we like making Caesar dressing with Greek yogurt instead for some gut friendliness! Bit tangier but so so good. Served with sweet potato fries and a Hawkstone larger. Life is good. Tyler, you’re a genius 👏🏼
