Can you use a chicken rub rather than a marinade?

What gnocchi do you use? The fresh refrigerated or the vacuum sealed? Or it does not matter?

I use the fresh gnocchi but it shouldn't make a difference which type you use!

Would this work in a normal oven. I haven’t got an air fryer

Yes absolutely! You can either pan fry the gnocchi or cook in boiling water. Then with the chicken bake in a pre-heated oven at 190°C for 20-25 minutes (or until internal temperature is 68 °C on a meat thermometer).

Worked great but I had to transfer it to the oven, with air fryer i found chicken was undercooked in the middle but mines the ninja af400 so not sure if its suitable for it or could be the chicken was too thick maybe, takes nothing away from the recipe tasted amazing
