OMG, tried this tonight, absolutely brilliant! I doubled up on the spices in the sauce mix but otherwise the same. Tastes like an authentic curry!!

My wife is gluten free, will the different flour impact the flat breads at all?

Yes, it may impact the texture and structure of the dough. So ideally use a gluten free flour that specifies use for bread/baking. When you mix the dough, it might be a little dry so you will potentially need to add a little more liquid than is stated in the recipe. Also you might need to let the dough rest for 20 minutes. Hope that helps and let me know how you get on!

Thanks for the advice, turned out beautifully! Nice and fluffy in the middle, it’s almost as if you know what you’re talking about! Thanks so much for your help! Will be a go to for any curry moving forward! Keep up the great work, I love you.

To make it with veggies, you’ve recommended sautéed spinach, any rough guide? I know the Mrs will want some greens in it.

Of course! If you have a griddle/frying pan, heat some oil and garlic. Then add the spinach and a splash of water and cook until it's just starting to wilt!

Become a favorite of mine, cooking it for the family right now. But the baby made off with my onions yesterday and I cannot find them. Will let you know how it turns out 😂

I made this last week and it was amazing so I’m going it again haha. But one question. I had trouble doing the naan bread. Any reason why the dough was sticky. Could it have been not enough olive oil. Hope to hear from you soon before dinner. Thanks again for your skills and knowledge

So it can be sticky for a number of reasons including too much olive oil, a thinner greek yogurt, kitchen being too warm or not enough flour. How did it go the second time round?

Great hit! Love how your recipes inspire and provide a bit of structure without being super prescriptive. Even mr 2 year old was keen 🙃 Can’t wait to try the sausage roles 🙃

Really good curry and easy to throw together. (only had set greek yoghurt which didn't really work - had to use loads for the flat bread...)
