Turn cooking mode on
Step 1
Grab a big baking tray and load it up with your chicken, potatoes, carrots and parsnips. Cover in oil, salt, pepper, mixed herbs & add fresh rosemary, thyme & garlic - roast at a minimum of 200 °C for 45 mins check the colour of the skin & then cover with foil if you need to until the chicken is up to temperature (usually an hour - 1 hour 20)

Did this tonight. Didn’t think a one pan roast was possible but bloody hell this was a top tier hit with the family. Have shared three times tonight since the washing up was done 🤣🤣
