Overall, loved this. I forgot to add Dijon to the gravy, and that was a bit sad. Also my Yorkshires were tragic, but that was my own fault eyeballing instead of weighing the ingredients I think. Adding apples with the carrot and potato is genius, really enjoyed these veggies with herbs and all like that . I had a different cut of pork, so I had to adjust a little bit it was still top notch. Next time I would add less juice to the gravy to reduce sweetness.

Pork was gorgeous and the gravy was the best I've made in a long time, thank you! I made an attempt at yorkies but only had a cake tin so made a giant one, think I need to adjust the ingredients for it! Overall a lovely Sunday Roast with minimal stress.

Making a giant Yorkie is awesome! Try slightly lowering the oven heat and baking longer so it cooks through

Didn't follow the recipe exactly, and didn't make the Yorkshire puds either. This was the best cracking I've ever tasted!
