If you want more of a crispy wing with little bits, you could add an egg to the flour and get it sticky! In my opinion the best oil is either peanut or rapeseed (high quality) as these have high smoke points!

Can these be oven baked ? I’ve got a kg of wings and I’ve no idea what to do with them 🤣

Yes they can! Bake for 35-40 minutes and flip halfway through to make sure they're evenly crisp!
